Are you going to attempt to brine or marinate them? If so, could you share your experiences? That would be nice, especially if they TASTE like jalapenos, maybe I can sort of have faux peppadews.
I LOVE PEPPADEWS !!! and would love some seeds :) One of my favorite recepies are to pop thier tops off - stuff them with sausage - and place them on the grill for 12 minutes on foil. They sell them at my local grocery store in olive oil - not a seed in sight :( kaaren@rochester.rr.com - feel free to email me if you have any seeds left, I'm happy to pay for them.
mind boasting about how many seeds!
ReplyDeleteWhat does it taste like?
I thought that I said "Never mind..."
ReplyDeleteIt was very crunchy. Mild at first with some heat a few seconds later. Reminded me on the heat scale of a Jalapeno. I thought it was very good.
ReplyDeleteWonderful Terry! I wish I could of been there to sample it with you : )
ReplyDeleteWill you be selling any seeds? I'd love to purchase some!
